I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DYNINNO Group
Interview
I had one introductory interview with a recruiter where I was introduced with company in more details. They also asked me questions about my experience, pretty regular kind of interview. Shortly after that they sent me a task. After doing the task I was invited to the second interview where the recruiter was joined by team manager. We discussed my task and they both made it seem like they are pretty much ok to hire me and I was expecting the offer. But the offer never came. I had this second interview on Tuesday and I was told that they will get back to me in a few days which made me think I might hear something until Friday. But I didn't. I asked about it on Monday, but still heard nothing. Then I reminded about feedback again on Wednesday, more than a week after my 2nd interview and only then I was finally contacted again only to tell me that they have chosen other candidate.. that was really disappointing after making me believe that I am getting an offer.
