They don't look for education, it's really easy to get hired. Just act entitled to a job and they'll give it to you.
I told the manager when I'm coming in for an interview, and that I'll be working there. They don't look for education, skills, critical thinking, they just look for pushy, entitled people so they can be pushy and entitled with customers.
It was very relaxed and informative. I met multiple members of the team and was greeted with a smile. It seems like a great sales opportunity for the right person but not entirely up my lane.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked specific questions about my background in interacting with people.
I applied online. I interviewed at DaBella (Oklahoma City, OK) in June 2026
Interview
They called me and asked if I was OK with working 6 days a week. driving daily and only getting paid by commission. Interview was about 30 minutes and very straight forward. I was sent a background check and personality test to complete before a job offer was presented. When I asked to see the offer in writing they got quiet and didn't want to send me the benefit package to look over.
