Firs one was online, second and third one on site.
It was overall very professional and people were friendly.

Experience based, and functions related to the job.
Very detailed with 3 rounds of interviews. First with the hiring manager, then with HR and a panel interview for the final round. The interviews were intense and really made sure that the individual is qualified for the position. There seems to be no deviation from this belief that a person could offer other experiences that were relevant to the role.
