The interview process took several months and was rather lengthy from the time of the initial application through the entire process, much of it done initially by phone and virtually.

Question 1
All questions were your typical sales/specialty specific questions for pharma / biotech.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Daiichi Sankyo in Sept 2011
Interview
Phone interview with a face to face interview with the hiring manager. Final interview was with the Regional Manager. The initial phone interview was basic questions about your resume. The face to face interview had the standard interviewing questions. Hiring manager was serious, not too stiff, but not overly friendly either. Final interview was more candid and informal.
