Applied online and was scheduled with a phone interview. One hour before my interview, they changed the interview time, so I ended up having to reschedule the phone interview. The phone interview went well and I was asked for my availability for an onsite interview. I told them I was free anytime to come in. After 2-3 days, I followed up as I had still not been given an interview date. After following up, I was scheduled for an interview at the beginning of the following week. 2 hours before my onsite interview, I get an email saying that they appreciate my interest but that they are canceling my interview because they have found a "better" fit.
Long story short, the hiring team here is extremely slow, unresponsive (as I had to follow up multiple times just to schedule my own interview?), and unprofessional. Who cancels an interview and says they are not interested 2 hours before my interview after having rescheduled multiple times. Sends a bad message as a company if this is how they go about their hiring process. If you ask someone to travel 1.5 hrs for an onsite interview, don't cancel the interview 2 hours prior.
