It was a 2 step interview I had two very talented professional and respectful interviewers I had applied for the job a while back and I was living in a state that DailyPay didn’t currently over a position in I reached out to the recruiter once I moved back home and she set an interview with one of her co workers and I also had an interview with her it felt like a causal conversation

Asks you a series of questions from personality to work experience just to get a feel of who you are and then asks if you have any questions regarding the position and etc. I thought it was a very relaxed interview.
