Applied via referral, and the process took 6 weeks total, all the way to offer stage. The first few interview rounds were smooth, the people were friendly and asked some challenging questions. However, it was evident there was some reorganization occurring, as I was asked to prepare an in-person presentation, only to be told the night before that I would instead email it in and meet with 2 SVPs instead due to them bringing on new leadership. The recruiter/coordinators were from Belfast and were very friendly if not out of sync with one another, sending me incorrect Zoom links/times repeatedly, or I'd have to follow up to clarify why my interview had not yet been scheduled. After receiving an offer, I was told it was awaiting approvals after not hearing anything for a week, and consequently did not hear from anyone for 6 weeks after that. I did receive a kind and apologetic email from the original recruiter 6 weeks after the offer saying the role had been pulled. By this point, however, the extreme disorganization and ultimately rather detached attitude of the entire process, aside from the recruiter consistently reiterating how great the feedback from the team was about me, was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully they get their reorganization done and HR processes smoothed out soon for others' sake, as this was an arduous and misleading process.
