Interview
It was short and direct. It was fairly informal, but not uncomfortable. The questions were basic, but job specific. The interviewer was congenial. I was referred to the company by a 3rd party. That process really was awkward and frustrating.
Thank you for the feedback. We know that going through an outside recruiter can be a little different as recruiters are more of a liaison rather than a direct contact with the company. Any feedback on how we can improve this process in the future would be helpful.
