Dakota Watch Co interview questions

Basic application, got a phone call the next day and interviewed in person. Asked about 10 questions, most of which were basic personality questions to see if you will be good for customer service and like working with your hands.

Casual, interview with manager 10-15 minutes. Met manager at the store and we found a place to sit down and talk. Was very casual and was more like a conversation. I was told about the job and got a day to day description of things.
