I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Daksta (Coulsdon, England) in June 2024
Interview
It began with a TC screening, then a VC.
I was then invited in to a dragons den/apprentice style interview day.
The staff were obnoxious and kept on making it seem as though we must be grateful for being here.
We were made to do pitches in front of the CEO etc, and then we questioned following.
After being given lunch, 4 interviewees were chosen to be interviewed & 4 were sent home. I found it interesting that there were 3 White interviewees of 8, & all 3 were chosen to continue with the final interview.

We do have a very rigorous and challenging hiring process, designed to provide attendees with an accurate perspective of a typical day in the life of a recruitment consultant. All candidates called forward for an interview following the assessment centre are called forward based upon their merits exhibited through the activities and exercises that you have described.
Daksta is proud to be a diverse, inclusive, and equitable organisation. We are proud that 67% of all final interviews from our 2 recent assessment centres came from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds resulting in 100% of the hires made being from a diverse or underrepresented background.
If you would like to speak further about the diversity of our organisation or to provide further feedback please do get in touch.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Daksta (Purley, England) in Sept 2021
Interview
Two stages, with directors and L&D. Reasonably relaxed and inspiring, with informal chats and discussion around goals. Made to feel comfortable and you will leave the room feeling fully informed on what the opportunity provides.
