Two part interview. Informal pre screen and standard Interview after. Video conference with HR and two people from department. Asked usual background, experience, what interested you in the position, etc.

Interview
Worst company I've ever interviewed for. First off, this took almost a month. After acing the initial phone interview, and the quiz, I eventually had a "group interview" 3 weeks later. I had to sit there with three ridiculously rude men. The entire time, they talked to me in a condescending manner, and really couldn't care less about anything I said. They had the typical we-know-everything about everything attitude were only there to get me in and out. After being told I was fully qualified for the position, two days go by, and I'm rejected. All because three pathetic man-children decided they didn't like me for something ridiculous like my face, or the color of my shirt. Don't bother with this place.
