Dallas Public Library interview questions

After submitting the application, I received a questionnaire and then I was invited to interview. The interview was one round panel interview, where you had to present creating a new program for the library. They ask you questions about your background and program. But all this is perfunctory, if you went to the right school (SMU) there will be a pass.
