1 on 1 video interview over Microsoft Teams. It was awkward and some questions were unnecessary for the job role, and we cut off halfway through due to poor internet connection. I much rather have preferred in person.

Interview
Very quick turn around received a call interviewed and started within a week. Went to head office two team leaders who asked a set of questions each. Very easy and straightforward interview typical customer service questions.

A discussion with management. Then some questions about experience and asked about various scenarios and how you would react. Then computer based tests to see if you could type in information as it was spoken to you.
