Dan Henry Distribution interview questions

The most laid back, conversational interview I've ever had. Basically, Kate just holds a conversation with you for at least a half hour to make sure that you could adequately communicate with salesmen, disgruntled customers, etc. We talked about anything from Michigan State basketball to our home towns. She didn't even ask me any questions; I was the one who initiated talk about the position.
