One interview was scheduled within a week of submitting the application. The hiring manager took the interview and asked for motivation, salary expectations and also my age (which was a very new question for me). I was asked to send in a few samples and other documents. After this, there was radio silence for around 2 months and then was informed that they will move forward with someone else. I felt that they did not value my time.
