One of our core values at Dang is clarity: we want everyone to understand what to expect and what's expected of them. In the hiring process we try our best to communicate job responsibilities and time commitment, and that includes our job descriptions. In reviewing our job description for this role, we state multiple times that this position is a part-time position. If you have an example to the contrary, please send email it to us and we will ensure it is updated.
Our interview process depends on the position being hired for. Since this role is part-time, we adopted a more casual "getting to know you" style of interview. Our apologies if it seemed unstructured and unorganized. For full time roles we have a specific methodology to dig into one's work history, followed by reference checks. Our intention is to make the best use of everyone's time and swiftly come to decisions regarding candidate fit for the role.
