Danier Leather interview questions

After passing the virtual interview with HR, I had a in-person with the executive managing director. She asked the usual questions and said they would be in touch to arrange 2nd interview with the owner. A week later, I was task with assignments on conveying brand story and marketing strategy. I followed up several times and didn't get a reply. A month passed and I received news that they the position was cut because of budget.
