Divisional sales manager, Charissa, had me come to the main office in Chatsworth. The interview took about 30 minutes. Given my background I found the questions rather infantile and not really conducive to learning anything serious about my background and skills. I had originally applied for the customer service job but she claimed I had to start as a scheduler. This was a fabrication but they were obviously more interested in my scheduling from my luxury client book than they were in me. I don't like false ploys.
