I had two interviews and then I completed a writing task. Then I was promptly ghosted. Bad experience. I'll never understand why companies allow their people to behave this way.

Interview
Straightforward and pleasant - chatted with 2 people and the conversations were enjoyable. They seemed a little unsure of what their needs were, but not alarmingly so. That's often the case when interviewing for these sort of roles at smaller companies.
Unfortunately, I was completely ghosted post-interview. That left a poor taste. There's never an excuse for not communicating a rejection when a candidate has taken their time to speak with you.

Terrible recruiting experience. Applied for a recruiter position and was reached out to for a virtual interview. Was ghosted during the zoom call. No call no show. Emailed the recruiter responsible & received no response. Tried to call the company number online and there was no dial tone. Would NOT recommend working here if you treat potential candidates like that. Honestly thought I was being scammed. Worst interview process ever.
