I had an Olive Garden interview and they accepted me right on the spot. Nothing needed It’s not hard at all just be yourself and be relaxed and you should be able to get the job no problem.
Short and easy. Felt very welcoming. Asked just a brief summary of my experience. I have a fun fact on how many breadsticks we go through in a year, and it made him laugh because he didn’t even know that. I was hired on the spot.
The interview process was very professional, but also welcoming and laid back. The person who interviewed me was very welcoming, kind, personable, and straightforward. It was my first job interview in a restaurant like this, but they made the experience relaxing and easy.
