I did a walk-in interview with the application in hand. They have open interviews from M-Thursday starting at 2pm. I walked in and asked if I can have an interview with a manager and from there I got an interview. If they like you, they'll give you a call back or hire you on the spot if the position is needed.

It was simple There was an online questionnaire to complete before being offered an interview time via email. You could reply to the email and get an interview scheduled. The process was easy.

They sat me down and I spoke to a manager and he asked me about myself and if I saw myself growing with the company, etc. He asked me why I chose to work there and what I thought the job entailed.

Just a one-on-one with the manager, super laid-back and pretty casual. Basic questions and concerns. Sometimes you’ll get two days for an interview, they’ll also ask if there are other job position that you would consider especially if the one you’re looking into is not high in demand.
