Typical process speaking with a recruiter then the VP/hiring team. Unfortunately, after multiple interviews things became very shady after delays. I followed up and eventually was told a crazy story by the recruiter as to why things had not moved forward and was totally ghosted by VP/hiring team. It really doesn’t take much to be honest with people even if it’s just that a position has been put on hold. Red flags 100%, why spend your time trying to work for a company that clearly doesn’t care and lacks common etiquette.
