Got to know about the opportunity through a recruiter, was very rigorous, around 4 rounds -recruiter, panel interview with the regional team, mock call in Bahasa Indonesia to assess language ability, and finally a round with the BD Director who is based in the UK.

2 manager interviews and one phone call with hr personnel. Usually took about 30 minutes. I heard back shortly after within the next week or so. It was a fine interview experience.

Very professional and delved deep into background. Definitely need to be the right kind of person for this stuff. It was smooth and communication was excellent. Highly recommend the company.
