Asked basic employee questions. Also asked about relevant experience and how I would handle different scenarios. They seemed to care about my personal growth and wanted to know how my interest could be catered to. They wanted to know what prior knowledge I had to the department I was applying for. This was so they would set aside a day to train if I didn't know much or if I did then they would briefly reviewe everything before letting a "head intern" show me the ropes for first day.
