I applied online and got a call the next day. The manager asked if I could come in for an interview. It was a prettt quick process. She interviewed me in the front of the salon (basically just reading questions from a paper). If the manager likes you, you'll have another interview with corporate which is basically just turning in paperwork!

Interview
It was very laid back and casual. They want to make sure they are hiring reliable people. They will ask you questions to really get to know you, and about previous work experience. The district manager is a very awesome person so it's comfortable to speak with her. Be prepared to answer why you wanted to work at Darque to begin with, free tanning isn't a good answer. If you let your personality shine through then you won't have a problem getting the job.

Interview
The interview was very simple and quick. It was just one interview with the store manager, and he asked basic interview questions. They mainly want to make sure you will be available to work and that you have some common sense. I applied online first, and within one week I was called to schedule an interview with the store manager. The interview was held right in the lobby of the salon in front of the other employees and the customers. He interviewed me, then showed me around the salon. It was all very casual, and they want you to feel comfortable. I brought my resume, and he asked for it as soon as I came in.
