I met with one of the owner's sons and he asked me about myself and what hours I wanted to work. It was very straightforward. I don't believe he even required a 30 word minimum.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Das Dutchmen Essenhaus (Middlebury, IN) in Feb 2014
Interview
Called me and said they would like to arrange a interview with me. Called them back and set a date. Went in, answered a lot of questions. Next day they called me and said I'm hired and that my first day is in a couple days. As far as the interview, it's really simple and they are very nice.
