Panel round Managerial round Face to face panel round with test Final round I wouldn't say it's the best, but they knew what they were looking for. The questions were entirely based on the resume and some questionnaire you fill in.

This interview process included a screener call, intro interview, 3-hour writing assessment, and a 6-hour on-site interview with over 5 interviewers; and it was difficult and at the end of the process (almost two weeks after) they informed me they would not hire me.
