Data Device Mechanical Engineering Manager interview questions

The interview process was extremely poor. There were three phone interviews, CEO, HR, Surface Engineer. The Surface Engineer did an extremely poor job, had an extremely BAD attitude, and seemed completely incompetent. He asked me questions about vibration analyses but could not even understand the most simple concept regarding resonance frequency. I am sure he is not even an Engineer, he just calls himself one. Their Surface Engineer is the worst Engineer I have ever worked with.
