Went through three interviews. Firstly contacted by a recruiting specialist for a culture interview. One or two weeks later interviewed via phone talking with a current IT employee. Waited for another month and contacted again for an onsite interview. All conversations were pleasant. No specific technical questions were included. Instead asked a lot of former projects.
