All you had to do was show up to the hiring event and if you have a college degree, then you are basically hired. Then you have to fill out some paperwork and give proof of the college degree and you start same day.

Easy interview with basic questions - tell me about yourself, tell me about your background and as long as you have a bachelors degree and can submit proof you will be qualified.
I was asked a couple of questions about background, experience, strengths and weaknesses. Typical interview questions. The main question was to give an example of how you responded to feedback in your job. Took about 20 minutes.
