I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DataArt (Kyiv, Kyiv) in Apr 2017
Interview
The interview process consists of several steps. The first is quite standard - initial screening by HR/Recruiter, during which the candidate is being asked about his/her overall experience, expectations and general interest in the proposed vacancy. The next steps include a number of 'technical' interviews with one or many experienced, senior specialists of the same profession (e.g. Delivery/Programme managers for the Project manager vacancies) and a couple of 'non-technical' discussions with company's top managers.
During all stages of the interview process, I have been constantly receiving clear, transparent and timely feedback, the representatives of the company have been sharing all requested information and informed me about the next steps.
