Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone screening, assessments, and an in-person interview. The SQL assessment was timed and to me seemed to be very short given the number of questions (administered prior to an interview request). Despite my bad score (which everyone around me would discuss cryptically and not share with me during the in-person interview), they still called me in for an interview. I was doing my best to answer the behavioral questions but at a certain point questions became redundant and felt as though the interviewers were not interested in me despite prolonging the interview. After the interview, the next steps were to complete an Excel assessment, which I also received no feedback on. Beware if you get called in to interview with this company. The interview process involved myself committing time and effort to a company that called me in to interview, waste my time, and make fun of my lack of technical skills in the interview.
