I had three interviews with them: a screening, a hiring manager interview and then a deep dive interview. They were extremely communicative up to the deep dive interview. They then ghosted. Lovely process up until that point.

Question 1
How do you describe your product management style?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DataServ (Missouri) (New York, NY)
Interview
Had to take an intensive assessment prior to the call with the hiring manager. Hiring manager scheduled 15 minutes for the first call and was late to it. From our conversation it seems the company is operating with old-school approaches, but tries to overcome it by creating a fun atmosphere for it's employees.
At DataServ (Missouri) we value critical thinking. The critical thinking assessment we give to candidates can be pretty intense and does take a focused 30 minutes to complete but it tells us how you are able to interact with our team and assures everyone can communicate on the same level. Our culture is very important to our success and we have learned over the years that hiring too quickly increases the odds of a miss-hire, so yes we are very careful with each new candidate we consider. We like to think that moving a little slower allows us to get to know you better and you to get to know us better so we both win with the right fit. We hope we’ll be able to interact with you at a future date for openings that may fit your qualifications. Good luck in your search!
