It was a 2 phase interview.
Phase 1 had online MCQ & phase 2 had coding test.
I had to choose my department, my language strengths and rating my capability of those languages. According to that the system generates 25 MCQ which has to ba answered within 25 minutes. Though I have chosen Python mostly, most of the questions were C/C++ basics.
The coding test was for 40 minutes, 4 problems were given with languages flexibility. I had to write the solutions on paper ( Yes, there were testing my problem solving skills). I'd like to rate them as Codeforces -A series problems: basic recursion and loops.
After Qualifying for phase 2 I was called for interview. One technical HR and one engineer was present.
Both of them were very friendly and explained me about the training process in detail. This was mostly for the freshers, so they didn't make me uncomfortable when I forgot the answers of very simple questions. Still the results are pending, but everytime I asked the HR about results, he was very humble and replied me everytime in a friendly manner.
