As with many companies, the process consisted of multiple interviews, but each interview was scheduled very smoothly and there was no stressful wait times, which is not the case with some other companies.

I had applied through LinkedIn and was contacted by the recruiter. My recruiter was very helpful throughout the progress and guided me with expectations for every round. The interview process consisted of 4 rounds out of which the third round entailed a hands on demo of Astra DB. It was a fun experience overall where I got an opportunity to learn and work on the product. Overall, I enjoyed the the interview process here. DataStax is a value driven company and hence conducted a values interview round as well.
