Question 1
Describe a time when you took ownership of a significant project. Why was it important? What was the outcome?
Transparency is huge - recruiter was upfront about comp and benefits, I got to meet many of the people I would be working with directly, and I even got to meet someone in a similar role who gave me honest insights to the company & role outside of the formal interviews. I also did a sample demo / sales pitch which was a fun exercise to get my feet wet on the products I'd be working with and selling.

Question 1
Interestingly, almost every interviewer asked me about how I envisioned myself in the role, what personal goals I had, and how those two met in mutually beneficial way for myself and the company.
