Extremely confusing. Applied online and received a reject email from the HR although my CV matches the requirement perfectly. There was a line in the email saying "You can reply directly to this email and the HR will get it." So I replied to that email and HR said she rejected me by accident. Scheduled a call with the VP, every thing was good and it was a happy conversation, and he said he will tell the HR to proceed to the next step. However, after a week I received another reject email from another HR.
