Had 2-3 brutal technical phone calls. For onsite, I walked into the office and everything was dead quiet. Even when I went to get coffee, employees also getting coffee neither made eye contact nor spoke to me. Then, I was lead into a room. The first man who entered was extremely rude and barley spoke English. Asked questions very unclearly, had his head in his hands multiple times. The problem he gave I had studied and because he did not understand my solution he got mad and left. Second guy comes in, he asks a question which I solve very easily with a brute force solution. This guy also had a very thick accent. We worked on finding a optimized solution and then he left when time was up, atleast he was not rude. I was then shockingly told the interview was terminated and was asked to leave before the lunch. However it seems I would of been given lunch in "detention" anyway seeing from others here how rude and poorly run they are. I left after.
