The process was fairly standard - 1 tech screen followed by 5 on-site rounds that included 1 coding, 1 system arch, 1 algo, 1 system coding and finally a manager round. The one thing I want to call out is that my recruiter, Alex Clark, prepared me really well in terms of expectations and the process. Even though the outcome of the process was not positive, he communicated well and even went above and beyond to share feedback from the individual interview rounds. I have rarely seen companies provide this level of feedback. I recommend Databricks because this highlights their culture.
