I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Databricks in Apr 2024
Interview
There was 1 hiring manager round. Once I have cleared that, there were 3 technical round and after that I had to complete one assessment and last round was project delivery round. I got positive feedback for all technical and project delivery round.
My recruiter told me that I score 60 percent in assessment and they were expecting 80 percent. I checked my submission and my test has never been evaluated, I still have the access of the assessment link, because that link was valid for 30 days.
I asked my recruiter to re-evaluate my assessment because I knew none of the question were wrong, because the question which they have asked were very easy and I solve these questions on a daily basis, So I knew all of the questions were 100 percent correct.
When I pushed them to re-evaluate, now they are saying your technical round feedback was negative. If you don't want to hire, tell us the correct reason, I will respect that but don't say anything randomly,
