Where do I even begin. The most unprofessional interview I have ever taken part in. The interviewer first commented on my age... (I am 28...), ok great start. Then they proceeded to have a 30 minute long chat with me grilling all my experience, only to turn around and say mid sentence. 'Sorry we don't have enough trust in you to be a remote engineer you don't have enough experience (I have 7 years experience and over 2 years remote...) . The interviewer clearly couldn't have cared less about my resume and my skills, they barely even asked me about my skills or took an interest, and even before I could mention I already work remote. They simply ended the interview. It ended with just a 'bye'. My god what a bullet dodged, what an awful feeling I got from this company.
