Interview
The interview process was lengthy but worth while. It consisted of 7 interviews total.
1. Recruiter screening - To get acquainted and see if Datadog was a fit
2. Coding Phone Screen - Talk a bit about past projects and solve 2 leet-code type questions
3-7. Mix of Coding/System-Design/Hiring-Manager: Solving leet-code type questions relevant to Datadog as well as designing systems or discussing systems I had a hand in building/working with
Over all it was a great experience, all the interviewers were welcoming and empathetic to the nerves of being interviewed.
Every interviewer made the process feel like a collaborative effort to talk about technology and code.

Interview
I really appreciated the care from the recruiting team during this interview process. The recruiter made sure to check in at each step and provide feedback (which is rare to receive in this industry). I was also very impressed by the kindness of all of my interviewers and their willingness to answer all of my questions.

Interview
Le premier entretien RH se focalise sur l'experience, les motivations, le fit avec l'offre. S'en suivent deux entretiens de coding (test d'algorithmique style leetcode). Suite à ça, un entretien de system design, dont l'objectif est de tester les capacités à concevoir l'architecture technique pour répondre à un problème vague donné en début d'entretien. Puis enfin un entretien sur l'expériences et les valeurs (discussion technique sur un projet + questions comportementales). Le process est clair, le talent acquisition manager m'a donné des conseils tout au long du process pour bien préparer les entretiens.
