I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Datadog (Paris) in Feb 2024
Interview
Overall the process was world class the entire way through the four rounds. Communication of what the process would be were very exact to my experience. Everyone I interviewed with knew the role, the org, challenges based on their perspectives, and were consistent with the interview round expectations. The questions were appropriate but challenging while not being repetitive or different from relevant topics for the role. Recruiters were helpful when I had additional questions. I was told that I would receive an official offer after the interviews, which I did in a reasonable timeline.
