Datadog Tech Support Manager interview questions

Spoke with a recruiter who was nice and gave me a run down of speaking with the hiring manager, each person on the team, the VP, then the hiring manager to follow up with any questions. Was rejected after the first one for not having their tech stack, yet I wasn’t asked about any of my tech skills, only my managerial skills. This is twice this has happened and I wouldn’t interview here again. They seem very biased and looking for a unicorn, rather than someone who can do the job exceedingly well.
