Initial call with HR, technical interview with a software engineer, technical test (15h long, build a full production-ready app : easy deployment, no warnings, good ui, tests, logging, ... You have to spend a lot of time to make it properly.), 2 interviews with 2 different VPs

Recruiter call -> eng. manager -> live coding interview -> Rejection.
Recruiting team was very quick to respond and accomodated my other deadline, replying within 12 hours because of my deadlines. I failed the live coding interview, I had trouble understanding the interviewer's thick french accent throughout, from when he introduced himself to when he was helping me with the problem while giving hints, which made the conversation unproductive awkward, but I'm sure I could have solved the problem better as well. Regardless, everyone were very nice & knowledgable. 10/10.

Pretty standard until the technical interview. Then a challenge was set and silence. No response. The challenge was fully met. But silence. No feedback. Nothing. I then got an email saying they had gone with someone else about a month later.
