I had an interview from ranstad and one directly from datalogic. The first interview was followed by a test about my English language skills; they trusted me on the fact that I answered it offline without getting help.

Mi sono candidato tramite LinkedIn per una posizione in ambito R&D. Dopo pochi giorni, ho ricevuto una mail dalla HR per fissare un primo colloquio online cui hanno partecipato lei e due manager e si è parlato delle mie esperienze universitarie e delle loro attività R&D in generale. Il secondo e ultimo colloquio è stato presso la loro sede. Di stampo tecnico, con 3 ingegneri (uno il manager che era presente già l'altra volta) si è discusso della mia tesi magistrale e mi sono stati sottoposti due semplici esercizi. La settimana seguente ho ricevuto un'offerta.
