Datamax System Solutions interview questions

The interview process was lengthy. Honestly I am not sure if I would recommend a position at this company. While the compensation seems fair it also seems like there will be a high level of micro management bu leadership. There is a role play section on the 3rd phase of the interview that is pass/fail. You will go through it twice with the ceo.

Poor communication. Lead you on and then blow you off. I met with the CEO at a career fair. He invited me to a group call as a 2nd call. He explained to everyone that they had to do role play with him and follow a script. It was a pass or fail. I passed the role play. He said he would let me know when that week he would have me back. I never heard from him. I left him voice mails and a final email. That is fine he found another candidate, but too blow me off shows that character of the CEO. I can only imagine what it must be like to work for him.
