Datix Business Analyst interview questions

Had one phone interview followed by an in person interview. Thought it went extremely well but received no calls back. Followed up multiple times, only to be ignored via email and phone by a company with less than 20 people in it. This is extremely disrespectful. I am not too disappointed however, because the office was so quiet with no form of any human interaction whatsoever.
