I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dauch (Detroit, MI) in July 2021
Interview
Interview was mostly "situational" where I was asked how I would handle a variety of situations and give specific examples from my prior experience - ranging from supplier relationships to coworker conflict. I felt the interview process was more to measure my work ethic and personality and how well I would fit into the AAM corporate culture and working in larger Teams. I had a long list of questions and AAM took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered.
