Initiated via phone screen and interview. Followed up by a group panel of would be senior team members, final interview hiring manager. Interview process took about a week after each round, maybe a little less.

I got a call from a recruiter followed by an email by the HR from AAM. After I reached the office, I was given two test papers: one having multiple choice questions about basic mechanical engineering and other about CAD.
